Shipping for Orders Fulfilled by Amazon MCF:
- For orders fulfilled via Amazon MCF, we use Amazon’s fulfillment network to ship products to you, even if the order is placed outside of Amazon's platform (e.g., through our website).
- Orders are processed quickly, and we provide tracking numbers to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
- Amazon MCF may ship orders from different warehouses depending on product availability.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Campingmoon is not responsible for shipping delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately to request a correction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info1@campingmoon.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a return or replacement, based on the situation.
