Returns

We want you to be confident in your Campingmoon purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for orders placed on campingmoon.com

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unassembled

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

 Return Window

• Within 30 days of delivery
  → Refund to the original payment method

• 31–60 days from delivery
  → Store credit only

• After 60 days
  → Returns are not accepted

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Fuel and consumables

• Used or burned products

• Clearance or final sale items

• International orders (unless defective or required by law)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

 Warranty

Limited Warranty

Campingmoon products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a product is found to be defective:

• We will offer a replacement product or store credit

• Resolution method is determined by Campingmoon

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation

• Accidental damage

• Modifications or repairs by third parties

• Damage caused by incompatible fuel or accessories

Courtesy Replacement Program

If damage is caused by misuse and cannot be repaired, we may offer a one-time replacement discount on the same product model (subject to availability). This offer excludes promotions and bundles.

Warranty Coverage Area

Warranty coverage applies to customers in:

• United States

• Canada

• Europe

• Australia

International orders outside these regions are considered final sale unless required by local law.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Free gifts must be returned with the qualifying product or their value may be deducted from the refund

• Campingmoon reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
