reliable shipping services to customers in the United States, Europe, the United
Kingdom, and other supported destinations.
Shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the
destination, product availability, package weight, and fulfillment location.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, subject to product
availability and warehouse operating schedules.
We use Amazon FBA, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), and other
fulfillment partners where applicable. The warehouse and shipping carrier may
vary depending on the product and delivery destination.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
2. European Union (EU)
VAT-Inclusive Prices
Product prices displayed for EU delivery destinations are configured to include
applicable VAT where VAT is collected by CAMPINGMOON.
VAT rates vary between EU member states. When you select your delivery
country, the VAT-inclusive price may be recalculated to reflect the applicable
local VAT rate.
The final product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be
displayed at checkout.
Shipping Charges
For eligible orders delivered to Germany, free shipping is available on orders
of €100 or more, subject to the applicable checkout conditions.
For orders below the qualifying threshold, shipping fees are determined by the
applicable shipping rates, product weight, and delivery address.
Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility may differ for other EU countries,
including remote areas and islands.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped from within the EU to another EU destination generally do not
incur additional import duties or customs-clearance charges.
However, fulfillment locations may vary. If an order is dispatched from outside
the EU, import-related charges may apply depending on the destination,
shipment value, and shipping arrangement.
Any applicable taxes or import charges collected by CAMPINGMOON will be
displayed at checkout. Charges not collected by us may be payable to the local
authorities or delivery carrier.
3. United Kingdom (UK)
We offer delivery to supported UK addresses.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the package weight, order value,
delivery address, and available shipping services.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as indicated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on stock availability, fulfillment location, and the
destination postcode.
Additional delivery time or charges may apply to remote locations, offshoreislands, and certain restricted delivery areas.
VAT & Import Charges
UK VAT and import-related charges may apply depending on the product,
shipment value, and country of dispatch.
Any applicable taxes or duties collected by CAMPINGMOON will be displayed at
checkout. Additional charges may be collected by customs authorities or the
delivery carrier where applicable.

4. United States (US)
We offer shipping to supported addresses within the United States.
Orders may be fulfilled through Amazon FBA, Amazon MCF, or other shipping
partners.
Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on the
order contents and destination.
Please provide a complete residential or business street address. Delivery to
PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or similar collection points may not be supported by
all carriers.
Applicable sales taxes and delivery charges, where required, will be reflected in
the checkout total.
5. Australia, Canada, Japan & Other International Destinations
Shipping is available to selected international destinations, including Australia,
Canada, and Japan.
Shipping rates, delivery times, taxes, and import requirements vary by country,
product, and fulfillment location.
Any applicable taxes or import charges collected by CAMPINGMOON will be
displayed at checkout.
Additional customs-related charges may apply where they are not collected
during checkout.
6. Switzerland
Switzerland is not part of the European Union.
EU VAT-inclusive pricing and EU customs arrangements do not automatically
apply to Swiss deliveries.
Swiss import VAT, customs-clearance fees, or other import charges may apply
depending on the shipment.
Please review the final checkout total and contact us before ordering if you
require confirmation of the applicable charges.
7. Delivery Times & Tracking
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at
checkout where supported.
Delivery estimates may change due to carrier delays, customs procedures,
severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your registered email
address when available.
8. Shipping Address & Delivery Restrictions
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing
your order.Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, remote locations, or
addresses with special access restrictions.
If you need to correct your address after placing an order, please contact us
immediately. Changes cannot always be made after fulfillment begins.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact our

For damaged or defective products, please notify us as soon as possible and
include photographs where available.
