How to adjust the amount of light Turning the control valve to adjust the height of the ﬂame.

How to remove and install glove Wait for the lantern to cool down. When removing, hold the lantern by its base and the glove by its domed section and pull the glove gently. When installing, squeeze the two spring rods inwards and push the glove slowly.

Ignition method Hold a lighted match or lighter near the ignition opening. Turn the control valve counterclockwise. NOTE: If you could not light the lantern, please turn oﬀ control valve totally and turn it counterclockwise again.
