At Campingmoon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds. Please read our policy below for all the details.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In new and unused condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Notes:
- Opened or used items (such as camping gear and outdoor products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Some items may be non-returnable, such as consumables, opened or damaged goods, and personalized products.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at info1@campingmoon.com or via our website’s customer service page with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions or a return authorization if necessary.
- Please securely pack the items in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- The refund process can take 7-10 business days to complete once the returned item is received.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
